Tumbling isn’t just about doing tricks. Fired-Up’s Tumbling classes build strength, balance, and coordination while you learn a variety of tricks and techniques essential to acro-style dance. Body awareness, flexibility and self-confidence are stressed while teaching the fundamentals of movement and timing. Each class begins with a thorough warm-up to keep dancers’ bodies limber. Partnering skills are also explored.

- Teen Tumbling: A more exploratory level of tumbling offered specifically for teens.
- Gold Tumbling: Our advanced tumbling class is taught twice a week. Instructor approval required for admission.
