Ballet

A classical dance form that is often referred to as the foundation of dance. Ballet classes help dancers develop body awareness, alignment, flexibility, balance, self-discipline and self-confidence. The focus of the class will be to learn technique and terminology, correct body alignment, improving their turn out and developing poise and grace thru self-discovery of discipline and work ethic.
